Do you read EZine articles? They are such fun! My goal last year was to write 52 Ezine articles—one a week. I wrote 52, but the last one wasn’t accepted until January 2, so I guess it will be my first one for 2009.

Essential Oil for Headache

The first time I used an essential oil effectively, it was for a headache. I simply took a couple of drops of peppermint and rubbed it on my forehead and on the back of my neck. A few minutes later I was very pleasantly surprized to find that my headache had gone bye-bye. That really turned me on to essential oils, and I have been using them ever since then. Now I don’t know how I ever got along without them.

But I am really interested in what you have done for headaches. Do you have a favorite oil, or is there some other holistic method of self-care that you use for headaches. Let everyone know! We can all learn from each other.
